GURKI has customized this high-speed intelligent sorting system to address the high-volume orders and multi-directional sorting pressure in US e-commerce fulfillment centers.

With its dual-line independent operation mode,it effectively breaks through the bottleneck of manual efficiency.Parcels are smoothly inducted at the induction station,automatically conveyed forward, and smoothly elevated uphill;They then enter the three-section integrated singulation section,where the system intelligently adjusts the spacing between parcels to ensure that the subsequent top-scanning mechanism and dynamic weighing module can capture them accurately.

The weight and barcode information of each parcel.The data is synchronized in real time to the customer's WMS or ERP system.Relying on the high-speed computing of the information processing section,the system quickly issues commands to the pivot wheel mechanism,to accurately divert parcels into the corresponding chutes.For exception parcels, the system automatically performs intelligent diversion to the independent reject chute.Each sorting chute is equipped with an inclined design paired with the full-bin photoelectric sensor and the three-color indicator light.

The peak throughput of a single line reaches 3,000 parcels per hour.

With dual-line collaborative operation, the total capacity can reach up to 6,000 parcels per hour.
