This is the smart packaging solution we deployed for a high-end e-commerce client in Germany.
It includes two identical core processes，customized independent production line for the sealing section.

To meet the packaging needs of their different product categories.

The carton erector automatically completes carton picking, forming, and bottom sealing.
Highly stable operation：It forms the basis for dealing with complex logistics scenarios in the high-end market.

After opening, the cartons are marked with inkjet printing here.
Then they are conveyed to the storage area.
This provides continuous material preparation for subsequent processes.

We have specially designed a user-friendly carton-flipping mechanism here.
The carton can be flipped 90 degrees to face the workstation.
Allowing workers to easily pick up the carton from the front.
After packing，the carton is pushed onto the lower conveyor line.
Automatically conveyed to the core customized workstation.

The carton is sealed in one line using folding and sealing machine.
Then it passes through the lifting mechanism
The carton is turned 90 degrees horizontally
It enters the straight-line sealing machine laterally.
A cross-shaped seal is completed
After carton sealing, the carton enters the automatic labeling station
