The Automatic Flap Folding I-Type Carton Sealer is an integrated system consisting of an automatic flap folding carton sealer and an automatic four-corner edge sealing machine, forming a complete I-type carton sealing solution.

The machine automatically folds the top flaps and conveys the carton through the sealing process quickly and smoothly. It performs top-and-bottom straight-line sealing simultaneously, while auxiliary side wheels help stabilize the carton and ensure the center seam remains securely sealed without opening or cracking.

After the initial sealing process, an L-shaped corner transfer mechanism pushes and conveys the carton into the four-corner edge sealing section for secondary sealing. The table height, carton width, and carton height can be manually adjusted according to different carton specifications, making the machine simple and practical to operate.

Built with a robust and durable structure, the machine offers long service life and a clean, elegant appearance. Four heavy-duty locking casters are integrated into the machine, allowing convenient repositioning and flexible operation.
