Automatic Four-Corner Edge Carton Sealer

The Automatic Four-Corner Edge Carton Sealer is designed to seal the four corners and edges of cartons after the carton has been sealed along the center of the top and bottom by the preceding carton sealer. The carton is redirected by a 90° corner transfer mechanism and then enters the corner sealing machine. After photoelectric detection, the carton is pushed to the side by the carton pushing plate and enters the conveying belt and tape applicator, which simultaneously seal the four upper and lower corners and edges of the carton.

The machine provides fast sealing performance. Two rows of brushes simultaneously smooth the tape, ensuring that it adheres firmly to the carton. The corners are sealed without wrinkles, providing an attractive and secure sealing result. It is suitable for customers and manufacturers with higher requirements for outer packaging, particularly for export products and the food industry. It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, beverage, tobacco, daily chemical, automotive, cable, electronics, and other industries.
