Fully Automatic Four-Corner Edge Carton Sealer

After the center seam is sealed by the preceding straight-line carton sealer, the carton is conveyed into the machine through an L-shaped corner pushing mechanism for four-corner edge sealing. When the carton size changes, no manual size adjustment is required. The photoelectric sensor automatically detects the carton, and the pneumatic cylinder automatically moves into position to intelligently adjust to the carton size.

The upper and lower drive belts automatically correct and convey the carton, providing fast and smooth sealing. The folded corners are sealed without wrinkles, and the machine is suitable for various types of cartons. The table height, carton width, and carton height can be adjusted as required, making the machine simple and practical. Four high-strength locking casters are built into the machine, making repositioning convenient.

The machine components are sturdy and durable, providing a long service life. It is suitable for four-corner edge sealing of cartons in multiple specifications after products from multiple production lines are converged.
