This integrated production line can automate the entire process from unpacking, bagging, packing, weighing, and sealing:
The operator simply places the cardboard box and starts the machine with a single button; the machine automatically opens and seals the bottom. The formed boxes then automatically have inner bags placed inside. After manual loading of products, the system automatically performs high-precision weighing and rapid sorting, automatically rejecting defective products. Finally, qualified products are automatically folded and sealed with tape.
