Gurki Cooperation Case - PE Bottled Liquid Sugar Production Line Solution

Jan. 09,2026

Project Background:

Integrating downstream packaging lines into syrup production lines

Challenge: To achieve full automation of the entire process from unpacking, packing, weighing and scanning, sealing, coding, labeling to palletizing within an extremely limited space requires extremely high standards for equipment layout and system coordination.

Critical Stage:

How to achieve efficient collaboration within a limited space?
In this project, GURKI provided key equipment for the production line, including unpacking, sealing, and collaborative robot palletizing. This equipment worked closely with Guangtai Machinery's equipment for packing, weighing, scanning, coding, and labeling. Through customized layout and precise cycle timing, a smooth and continuous automated workflow was created within a confined space, solving the pain points of traditional production lines that are large in footprint and slow in operation.

Project Outcomes:

Achieve stable production capacity and reliable operation
After the production line was put into use, it successfully achieved the production capacity target of processing 4 tons of syrup per hour and 80 tons of syrup per day, and maintained continuous and stable operation under a compact layout.
The project verified that, under space-constrained conditions, efficient and reliable automation upgrades for downstream packaging can be achieved through professional division of labor and system integration.
